Hi,

I was thinking about refurbishing some revolution wheels. What do you use to polisch the alu ( not the spokes ) ?

cheers

Remove any laquer/paint first then start with some 1200 grit sand paper removing any scratches use corser paper if they are really rough then back to the 1200,you can then buy a polishing attachment for your drill to get a mirror finish . . . .

or get them powder coated

by the way bare alloy wheels are a nightmare to keep polished, I know, I have two sets of them and hate cleaning them.
