Afternoon all,
I'm selling my Sylva Mojo 2 project. I'm not entirely happy about this, but due to a a certain little person, a house move, and a new job,
I am not going to be able to finish the car for a good few years, so teh car has to go. It's surprising how ones priorities change when a baby
arrives!
Sylva Mojo 2, specs and details.
Base space frame chassis supplied by Sylva, powder coated satin black
Moulded fibreglass body tub/windscreen surround, with rear arches, front cycle wings, bonnet, engine bay cover and dashboard, all finished in natural
colours (i.e. needs painting or vinyl wrapping)

Suspension arms supplied by Sylva - powdercoated black.
Springs/Dampers - GAZ adjustable. Springs 400lb/in
Front hubs - Sierra XR4, fitted with vented discs and calipers (all reconditioned)
Steering rack - Escort "Quikrack"

Rear hubs - Fiesta XR2 with solid discs, and calipers with handbrake facility (cable operated)
Driveshafts - Fiesta XR2 outers, Toyota Mr2 inners - custom made.
Fuel tank - Custom made Aluminium tank, with fuel level sender.
Facet solid state fuel pump to send fuel to swirl pot in engine bay.
Custom made aluminium fuel swirl pot mounted in engine bay to supply injection fuel pump.
Braking split front/Rear. Goodridge flexi hoses used all round, adjustable bias bar setup on twin master cylinders.
Front mounted radiator and electric cooling fan, piped to rear engine bay using aluminium tubing.
Toyota MK1 MR2 engine (1600 4age) and gearbox fitted (from a 95k miles donor).
Engine serviced before fitting, new oil filter, new clutch, new cambelt. Needs new spark plugs.
Custom made stainless steel exhaust system and silencer (4-2-1, repackable silencer)
Custom made inlet manifold for mounting Bike throttle bodies and fuel rail/injectors. (needs a custom airfilter fitting)
Distributor removed, and blanked off.
Cable operated gear linkage using modified MR2 parts.
Cable operated handbrake using Sylva supplied parts.
Custom made windscreen included, needs fitting.
All lighting parts included, as supplied by sylva (including headlights, tail lights, indiicators, reverse light, fog light etc.
All suspension ball joints brand new when fitted.
Wheels are 14" Sierra Alloy wheels that have been powdercoated satin black. Tyres fitted are yokohama A539 and were brand new.
The car is pretty much complete, but the main jobs required to finish are:
Fit bonnet (hinges already mounted on chassis)
Fit engine cover.
Paint bodyshell.
Fit windscreen (and wiper/wash if required)
Fit all lights.
All wiring, including engine wiring.
Fit engine management (I was going to use Megasquirt, but Omex may be easier to install)
Setup engine.
Setup suspension.
Setup brakes (bias bar, and bleeding).
Fit out dashboard with required gauges and switches etc.
Tart up the interior - seat cushions, carpets etc. (seats are actually part of the chassis, and the cushions just need to be ply covered with
foam/leather).
Buy and fit a steering wheel (the standard sierra one is included, but will be too big to use on the road)
That's pretty much it, spec wise. I have receipts and documentation for all the new bits I have purchased, and to date, I have spend in excess of
£6.5k on the car and parts, and getting bits fabricated. I know I'm not likely to get anywhere near that back, and as I cannot keep it, I am
open to sensible offers. I would be looking for around the £3-3.5K mark for it ideally, but as I said, it HAS to go, so I can't be too fussy on
the price I ask/get, so if you are interested I would rather knock a few quid off it, than have to pay to have it put into storage when I move
house.

If anyone is interested, or wants more photos, just let me know. I have a stack of photos from throughout the build. I'm based in North Wales,
and I can sort out viewings if needed. As I said, the car HAS to go, so feel free to make me an offer.
Cheers
Andy

Hi Folks,
Just to remind you, I am open to offers for my car, It really does need to go soon, I've just had a mortgage offer through....
andy
Car is still for sale if anyone is interested. I've now got it stored in the garage in my new house, and therefore no room for anything!
I've also not got enough cash to finish the car anytime in the foreseeable future (the joys of moving to a larger house), so I am open to
offers.
I would also consider a swap for another car, something already on the road, and good fun (and cheap!).
Andy
How much do you want for it?
