i use outlook for my mail,on the spam list is someone i now want to receive mail from again,i cant see how to access the spam list to re-instate them,is it posibuble?

Adding them as a contact should do what you want.

try the following:

Click Actions - Junk Email - junk Email Options. . .

Then Blocked Senders, then look for your contact in the list, hi-light them and click Remove.

all i get is actions/junk e mail/add to list,cant find list?
ill have a go adding them to faves.cheers peeps
