Why does tech always let you down when you are in a hurry. I need to print off a online ticket for my daughters bus travel today. When I go to the site it asks you to click ona link, when I do this the following message appears with a cross in a red circle " This operation has been cancelled due to restritions on your computer - Contact your administrator". I have noticed this on several things I have tried to print. What do I do as her departure time gets closer and with no ticket, no travel. Barry

Can you print in other applications?

Try using "Prnt Scrn" and copying into a Word processor and then print that.

if u get desperate mate, pop over and use my comp/printer.

Thanks guys, particulary Ben for the kind use of his computer, I have managed to get the ticket of my son's computer. I will call in the guy I use for mine on Monday. Barry
