I've got all my applications down along the bottom, which works great, but I would also like one that will just bring up the desk top (like there
is on Vista) but I can't seem to find one anywhere or work out how to do it.
Any ideas?

Hi Jasper, I believe it is the rectangle on the far right of that bottom bar. Hover over it to preview the desktop and click it to minimize
everything.
Possibly anyway, im not at home to check!

BTW - nice 205, I had one exactly like that and wish I still had it, so much fun to drive.

she needs some tlc at the minute, leaky sunroof and central locking (or lack of!) are first on the list.
Unfortunately the Dax is syphoning off all my toy car funds at the minute
if you hold the window as if you want to move it round the screen but shake the mouse instead it makes all the other windows minamise.
Does holding the windoze key down and pressing D work?
This shows the desktop in both XP and Vista.

Sits even more smugly with his Linux Mint install...

I've just installed Win7 ultimate, I really like it. I needed to do something as my XP install corrupted big style (look out for Security tools virus thingy). The only issue I have is that HP don't do a driver for my printer (they don't support Vista either) so I've had to use a generic one...
