It is blowing a gale and chucking it down outside so I am in the warm with a coffee looking at the internet. A weird thing has happened - the whole internet except Locostbuilders appears to be down. This site is working fine (except the adverts which say problem loading page), but everything else in the WWW is "Firefox can't find the server at news.bbc.co.uk" etc
Could be a Domain Name Server (DNS) issue. The browser remembers the IP for lb but nothing else.
Well it's all working fine here in Amman, Jordan (slooowly at times, but fine)
I have just re routed my booter (!) and restarted the pooter and its all working again - its funny how I can mend the whole internet from my computer!
Amazin' wot a bit of rootin' an' bootin' will do
otherwise it's always worth opening up a command prompt and typing
ipconfig /flushdns
