Slight exageration. But used OE for ages, pesky daughter downloaded Incredimail, now when I click an email address it goes to Incredimail and then their reply is to Incredimail too - and with my daughters name.... Can't work it out, OE is still my primary email in control panel.................HELP PLEASE!

Eeek - get rid of it fast. Its an Israeli company and so there arent the regulations regarding your privacy as per European / US providers. They are known to sell on email (both yours and recipients) addresses to advertisers

As said - should be able to remove it via Control Panel

Looks like a major job to remove it --- apparently it dosen't play by MS rules and uninstall cleanly.

see http://support.microsoft.com/kb/297069

In the longr term it might also be better to ditch M$ Outlaw Express and use Thunderbird for email.

Apparently that always doesn't work --- it's a nasty blighter that reeks havoc in the registry.
