when i send a video on skype about 2 seconds into the converation my picture freezes. dio is ok and te other persons video is ok. Running win7 with a computor, any ideas or suggestions

Have you checked for the most up-to-date driver for your webcam?

Otherwise, check www.ubuntu.org, they have a peice of software which will solve your problem.
