Holy Crap!

That looks very similar to a computer that I had to fix recently that was owned by a teenage girl (niece of the boss). Basically the system would not boot up anymore. I had to emergency disk boot it and scan it. It had well over 300 viruses in it! Took 3 days to scan and repair back to usable condition.

Nothing dodgy I bet
