Make sure that under Control Panel - Internet Options - Security - Internet -Custom Level that "User Data Persistence" is turned off

It can hold usernames passwords and other details that can be grabbed by a prying website, The word is it is turned on by default to suit
microsofts own purposes.
Internet Explorer and Outlook Express are very insecure bits of software as they are installed out of the box , trouble is they are the
"industry standard", while the equivalent Mozilla programs are more secure but Mozilla based browsers can run into problems with some
websites that don't follow true internet standards.
