I have tried the iphone default browser and Opera for iphone. Any suggestions?

You cant directly onto here... use the photobucket app or similar and post the URL/[IMG]

Take it back and change it for.an Android

oh I phones are those the phones that can do all sorts but struggle with the basics lol

Really easily. A couple of ways to do it.
Open up a photobucket account then download the photobucket app.
Then upload the image from your phone to photobucket and copy the link to the site.
Or, plug your phone into your PC (or Mac?) then upload an image as normal. The location of the pictures folder is in My Computer, then select your iPhone.
Not much different from uploading from a digital camera really.
