My trusty old work laptop (HP nx9105) has finally dropped it's guts after 8 years of daily use being lugged all over the show.

New HP4530 arrives Monday with Windows 7 etc.

Sounds daft, but I'm apprehensive - it feels a bit like moving house!

I'm sure it will be great, but you do get settled into a computer after a while.

I've just changed to Windows 7 and it's actualy rather good, bit like a turbo version of XP If you had Vista before it will be a revelation!

Bet you will spend best part of a day disabling or removing all the unwanted stuff HP load on new PCs and making the system disks.
