Want to dump iTunes on my Win 7 desktop but would like to preserve playlists and ratings - any suggestions

Thanks - tried to buy MediaMonkey but the purchase form does not allow a drop down selection of "State" for South Africa so can't complete the form.

I might end up selecting a fake address in the USA to get past that will look for a suitable address.
