Afternoon All?
My question is as the title really, i have been thinking about getting a Wii U for my nephews, can anyone voice any opinions on them? Are they worth
the money?
All the best
Alex
Only played with one in toys r us, but they seem fine.
My 9 year old daughter adopted my Wii quite quickly, but six months later she moved on to my Xbox. Now she's got used to using a
'standard' pad rather than a Wiimote she seems to prefer the xbox for the increased range of games. Unfortunately the Wii U has a much
smaller catalogue compared to the Wii, so I don't think I'll be buying one.
In my humble opinion, for up to 10 year olds a second hand Wii would be very effective, older than that I'd look at an Xbox or PS3.
Not sure how long the Wii-U is going to last as there's not much support in the market; EA have just announced they have no new games in development for it....
