Plusnet users Read this -- Serious Email Problems

We use Plusnet as an ISP and have mail forwarded from domain names hosted by LCN to mailboxes on Plusnet. Within the last few days changes to Plusnet email security have resulted in all email forwarded from our domain names being rejected by Plusnet's mail filtering.

I raised the issue with LCN who responded quickly LCN were apparently aware of the issue before I was and have tried to raise the issue with Plusnet but as yet they have received no response from Plusnet. I have now raised a ticket with Plusnet support .

im on plusnet and seem to be receiving email normally.
is there something I should check for?

Not unless you are hosting a domain for your email somewhere other than Plusnet (my email for my domain is on Plusnet and works fine)
