I know this has been aired before, and yes I have searched/ found the instructions/ reduced the file size/etc/etc/etc/. But it still will not work, what am I doing wrong. Help

Hi Jason, yes it's in my photo archive. I have right clicked it , got it's atributes, copied, and pasted it in, but no luck.
