If you have a seperate LAN card whip the cover off. LAN wakeup tends to work on a little two wire lead that plugs across... unplug it.

Checked both the bios and the operating system power saving settings ?
One of mine does the same...have resorted to the little power switch on the back....
My pc has been doing this for years, no explanation I just unhook the power each time I'm not using it
I had one like that once, had to diable the onboard nic and stick in a pci nic.
It fixed it but never did get to the bottom of it, thought it may have been a dodgy bios but the latest version didn't help.
