computer wake up?

i have a small wired network and one of the machine often turns itself on. i have disabled all its wake-on features but it is still happening. any ideas whats happening and how to stop it?

If you have a seperate LAN card whip the cover off. LAN wakeup tends to work on a little two wire lead that plugs across... unplug it.

One of mine does the same...have resorted to the little power switch on the back....

My pc has been doing this for years, no explanation I just unhook the power each time I'm not using it

I had one like that once, had to diable the onboard nic and stick in a pci nic.

It fixed it but never did get to the bottom of it, thought it may have been a dodgy bios but the latest version didn't help.
