Is hotmail up at the moment only i can't get on and I don't now if its them or my new talktalk connection.

My talktalk connection works but hotmail just doesn't connect pingng to www.hotmail.com returns at 36ms but the site never gets there. Any one more techy on networks than me got any suggestions please
