Go into the control panel then edit profile then in the sig box put...
[ img ]http://address_of_image.gif[ /img ] (without the extra spaces between the []'s.
I just picked a random image to test it in mine!

Mark (HTML numpty)
Make sure you havent got any spaces in the sig - copy & paste it up here if you want and we can pull it to pieces for you
My sig looks like this for the pictures bit (minus spaces):
[ url=http://www.ironmaiden.com ][ img ]http://www.locostbuilders.co.uk/upload/ediie.gif[ /img ][ /url ][ url=http://www.zakkwylde.com/ ][ img
]http://locostbuilders.co.uk/upload/bls1.gif[ /img ][ /url ]
And those gifs have links to other websites as the image too.
David
this is what Ive tried:
[ img ]http://www.locostbuilders.co.uk/photos.php?action=showphoto&photo=20_10.gif[
/img ]
without the spaces of course
Cheers

photoshop - just got it but clearly don't know how to use that either
Yep, that accounts for it - you need to use a gif editor
I would be grateful for any suggestions as to what to use
There's probably some good stuff here
