please help me. i cant watch any videos on youtube. we have tried to install the latest flash player but it still doesnt work. i always used to watch it all the time until we put on the new norton security on and put the updates on windows xp. on norton it created a rule to allow youtube on but it still does not work!

I had this problem last week too and still dont know what caused it

the resolotuion i used was to uninstall the flash palyer totally and then go back to youtube to watch a video install the new flash player and then it worked.

Were do you find the flash player program to un install it we canot find it ? but it sayes it is successfuly it stored when we down loaded it

I used to have norton and had loads of problems but then i found avg. much better ad doesnt interfere.
