Its late! I should be in bed!
from the desciption I would assume it is tube with a wall thickness and bore suitable for tapping to take male threaded rod ends. So that you can make
links/trailing arms to you own requirements.
Someone will soon correct me if I am wrong.
I would think that they are threaded tubes that can be cut for making your wishbone bushes.
If it's threaded tube for tapping then you can get it much cheaper from here www.metalfast.co.uk
Rich.
It its threaded tube why do you need to tap it? or is that dumb?
PS thanks for the website. will be very useful

These are 1m long tubes which are not threaded. they are to suit our threaded inserts which slot into the end to enable a rod end fitting. You can
cut the tube to the required length and then weld in the threaded insert. You can see the inserts here
http://www.rallydesign.co.uk/catalog/index.php?cPath=1113_1131_1134_1135
You will notice that the tube rods are listed with a size to suit each insert so these will need to match when ordering
