having probs logging in

hi some times when i try to log in i fill in my user and password and then when i press login it gos back to where a started.
but then the next day it lets me login.do you think it is the site or my laptop. my laptop has been running slow aswell.

Lots of hosts and stuff are experiencing major problems with the effects of the weather. Talk Talk was down today... Fasthosts (the UK's biggest host's) were also down. It may have something to do with that...
