I would like to edit a .pdf file - does anyone have any good ideas other than buying Adobe Acrobat Writer or whatever it's called...

Cheers

Mark

it's not easy to edit PDF, it all depend what you are trying to do. Even Adobe writer really only lets you add and remove pages from a PDF. You get a product call SOLIDPDF, that will convert PDF back to a native file i.e. word, excel

I've got Adobe Acrobat Pro Mark - what do you need to do? Maybe I can help

I used this once (free trial) to backbuild a Word file from a pdf form - that would allow you to "edit" the PDF.

Gong the other way round, one thing I use a lot instead of printing off e.g. receipts, wbe page info is print to PDF (can be done from any program you can print from): http://www.primopdf.com/ - this one's completely free.

I've got a .pdf document which I guess was created in Word and I would like to get it back into word so I can edit it. I can produce a .pdf from word so changing it back is no problem.

That shouldn't give me any problems (famous last words )

If you want to email the doc to me I will convert it to Word if you like. Which version of Word have you got?
