hi all my computer woes are still continuing, i can no longer open u2u s or insert smilies on locost builders and can gain limited acess to other sites think its a java / active x problem, its mainly logon boxes i cant see or fill in, when i click on the u2u button on lcb nothing happens, been on the web and treid many fixing programmes but no luck anyone any ideas, or is it time to take the computer to a shop for them to fix ???

I use Firefox and have been very happy with it. I use it on Linux, but it's identical on Windoze.

If that doesn't suit you, then you could try Opera. Also a highly regarded independent browser - a bit more commercial, but still better than IE.
