i have a number that keeps calling me at home but when you call it back it says someone has tried calling you and will try later, now i dont owe any money and i'm interested as to who it is.

someone the other week put up a web site where you could type a number and and see who is was calling but i cant find it

number starts like this +9180

Maybe the "King X from some far away place has died and left his fortune to you" scams have started being telephoned

could be one of those that charges you a fortune when you ring it back!

more likly it is someone using a BT phone with VOIP which uses +9 , +5 and a few other numbers

a quick google shows 9180 is the idd code for bangalore,india so could be basically any call centre

perhaps there's a pigeon in your bank account and they need to tranfer your monies out so they can send a cleaning squad in to remove the pigeon.

it's quite serious because pigeons carry many diseases!

Just put the full number into google and you're likely to get a hit and find out exactly who it is.
