I've been trying to send an emailwith a pdf to a fellow site member. The pdf is 32Mb and every time the server (tesco) seems to let it upload and
then breaks the connection at the last minute. I tried compressing it and it does the same again. Using outlook express by the way.
WHY CAN'T I SEND IT.

Probably cos it's too big an attachment most email servers would struggle with it I think.
If you both have MSN or similar you can send it with a file transfer I belive.

Could be a file size limit. Some ISP have maximum file size they allow you to send.
PDF doesn't compress that well unless its a scan of a printed page which I assume thats what your sending.
How was the PDF created? It may be possible to shrink it if you have Acrobat and choose the Screen resolution rather than print ready.
Alternative is to split it into seperate files.

Mmm just checked with tesco and a file limit of 10Mb. So I need to try it through msn i reckon.
It might be worth trying a file splitter? This might work - but I have no knowledge of it http://www.snapfiles.com/reviews/Gsplit/gsplit.html
