hi ive topped my phone up for dial up internet. but on my computer in my setting when i go to make a new connection the dialup connection option is faded out. so i cant click the option. ive loaded the phone software and when i try to use that it comes up with a code 117 error.
any ideas how to sort it out.

Go into start control panel/ internet setup and add a dialup connection.
