Is it just a fancey way of running SYSPREP? I use this when building virtual servers

Bacially I build the template server and run sysprep with the flags i require (avlible via msdn) then when i copy the image and start a new VM its like a new install of windows i.e. asks for new server name etc

Just being playing with sysprep ( as I have a trial of Vmware ESX on a single blade server )

I am trying to work out what I need to get this licenced ie foundation, Standard or enterprise its all very confusing any experts out there ?
