my outlook e mail thingy has died,i tried outlook express and still no joy,the error message i get is 0x800ccc0e,any ideas peeps

tried both of them,still no joy,looks like their server is broken?twas ok this morning and nowt has changed at my end

opened a g mail account,it receives mail sent to my bt addy from now on so there may be a few mails lost in hyperspace,any chance of finding these?
