is there anybody that will make a custom windsreens, i have an mk with full cage and i was wondering about mounting a screen to the front bars of the cage. anybody know anybody who could help.

I seem to recall someone saying use an agricultural (tractor / combine harvesters etc) glass man, they cut to size.

I have seen this done with Land rovers trialers, where the glass is made to fit the front of the rol cage. just weld in a few bits of angle iron, and the glass is secured to that.

Its a good idea and works well.

If its not IVA's remember to get the correct logo / safety marks on thye glass to pass IVA.

I got a screen cut at the local glass suppliers - just make a template and get a piece of laminated glass cut to size. You will need to make a custom frame though.
