During the summer the guy I rent my garage off rebuilt the roof with ali panels. Now the cold weather has arrived the condensation build up on the inside makes it look though it's been raining, it soaks everything. How do I stop it, maybe a foam coating on the surface or somthing. Any ideas?
Small heater left on?
Would that not make it worse as it's the inside temp being warmer than the outer that causes the moist air to condensate on the cold panels.
Thank's for that anyway.

A heater would make it worse.
I'd say line the sheets with expanded polystyrene. It's available at most builders merchants in 8'x4' sheets and various
thicknesses.
Good point. I didnt think of that. How about a de-humidifier?
extraction fan ! and insulate the roof
could be worse. my roof actually leaks. right over the car
what you need is a De-hum AND a heater, a de-hum on its own will work but it will work much better with a heater, even better is if you use a fan
heater as that will get the air moving. (thats what we use on the boats)
Just dont leave it on when you are not there, if you do it can make a nice bonfire
not being funny (much) but what idiot makes a roof out of ali panels!? tell the guy you rent off he's a dek! and he should rebuild the roof in a more traditional manner!
Put some ventilation holes in at roof level to get the air moving on the underside of the roof panels

Can't see anything else wrong with it
Glad the wife was out of the room when I checked that particular post!!
I have an asbestos roof too - its about 20 years old and is like a sieve when it rains. Water also freezes on the inside of the roof in cold winter
weather!
I have today covered the entire roof in pond liner to see if that helps over the winter.
