Half of Guinness
Guinness - 21/8/09 at 09:08 PM

Well not quite a half, but at 2.12pm this afternoon, Yvonne gave birth to a baby girl!

So I am now the proud father of a baby girl!

Ben (now 8 1/2) is looking forward to being big brother!

Mike

Congrats! What's the birth weight?

Come on, it's the first thing everyone asks after whether it's a boy or a girl

7lbs 14oz

No idea in metric, some things, like beer, babies and speed are only measured in old money!

RichardK - 21/8/09 at 10:20 PM

Fantastic news that Mike. Hows Ben with the new addition?

Bet he'll have her climbing trees in a few years That's how my Sophie's ended up anyway with having an older brother, she was the one helping me in the garage when James couldn't be bothered.

All the very best

Rich

Congrats on the new arrival. I reckon there must be a bit of a baby boom at the moment, 5 people I know (inc. brother!) have all had babies this week.

Quality weight!!!
Funny thing is I weigh babies everyday for work and I monitor weight gain in grams and kilos but when it comes to birth weights its pounds and ounces!!!
