Find album info - wmp

Doesnt work for me. I click on the find album info button, the box comes up with the spinning earth in the top corner. The earth then stops and thats it. Nothing else happens.
If i rip a CD it finds the info ok on its own. It just doesnt when i try to do it with mp3's.
Any ideas what i can do to fix it?

what album is it? I have quite a few so if it is one I have, I can tell you the tracks, artist and album name.

Obviously if you have many queries, I ain't gonna type loads of stuff otherwise I'll get nothing done!

Its not one in particular. I can get the track names and everything off the net. I would just like to organise my songs a bit better without having to do it all manually (takes ages)
