O2 free laptop deal?
here
so signing up for broadband for 2 years, they give you a lappy but you end up spending £ 704. or about 2x what the lappy is worth.
So what is typical monthly broadband price? (3 GB bandwidth.)
Is this a good deal?
I may be able to get work to pay for the BB so it may work out well..... maybe.

I pay £35 a month for Virgin media cable, for Phone, TV (including V+ box) and interwebs (BB is going to 10 mb/s next month as well)
if 02 are doing the offer on their mobile broadband dongle thing, be aware that "unlimited" on those deals tends to indicate somewhere
around 1GB of data a month, and you're also at the mercy of whether you can get a decent signal....

I would never sign up to a 2 year deal. You can buy very nice laptops for less than £300
and 10meg broadband for £5.99/month from Plusnet. That works out to less than £450 over 2 years.

WOW Thats EXPENSIVE.!
3 are advertising £15 for 15 GB
I pay about £12 for T -mobile as a deal in addition to my contract. Think I get about 3GB.
Scot's do it better in Kilts.

I byatched to Virgin about how much the service was costing so I get cable TV (no V+ box though I get catch up on demand), 2Mb BB and telephone for
£20.
Which does the job for me.....
