Backing up works calender

Evening All
I work permenant nights 6 on 2 off all my rotas/holidays/trackdays/mot's etc are on microsoft works calender is there a way to back this up in case of a crash or the need to reinstall windows, tried searching for a file with an extention of .cal but can't find one

All Microsoft works documents are usually stored in a directory under Users, called documents. Should be there ready to copy to disc/USB/whatever.
