Slow Internet
Is it just me or is the whole net slow today? I'm on Virgin and it was real slow this morning and freezing. I went to work and it was the same
there (not Virgin) and now home and it's the same. It's taking ages and ages on some pages.

I must admit mine's been very on-off tonight. It just takes a 10-15 second break every now and then.
I'm on orange and am Bristol way.

Not sure if it's all connected (of course it is!) but BT are having a few issues today. I've been having issues for the past week or so as
they're (BT) upgrading all of the static IP users.
Finally back on the job!

don't write OT on a new thread title, you're creating the topic, everything you write is very much ON topic!

No probs this evening.
Zen / BT from Bury.
Presume you've tried rebooting your set-top-box, Mr G? Used to have to do that every few days to a week when I was with Virgin.

I'm with Talk Talk and if one of their salesman comes round to my place again, he's going to find a large lump of wood landing on his
head!
Slow is not the word for it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I don't have Virgin telly just internet and phone. It was hard enough getting them and I refuse to speak to any more Indians to try and get it.
A combination of my accent and theirs gets us no where.
Things seemed to have eased up a bit now.

We're with Virgin, mine was playing up at various times yesterday, I think I managed to get the traffic shaping to kick in though, was battering
some Torrents quite badly
Been ok this morning though, fingers crossed...

Famous last words from me. Did I say "No probs this evening"?
Should've used the term "yet". Lost my connection at 12:30am (I was just about to do some out-of-hours work) and it came back on
just before 7am. Could've been embarassing if I'd got called out...

Ours goes down every friday, usually while I've gone out for the pizza or kebab which means swmbo's tea goes cold while she gets told to
turn things on and off and I tell her to sack off O2 and go with Virgin
