PAYG Data sim

Anyone have one for sale or know where the best place to get one is?

Not after a dongle as my net book takes a SIM

I have heard that the dongles take a sim too though, true?

Yes, dongles have a SIM in them.

I use Virgin PAYG. I pay 30p for any day that I use data. Flat rate, : 30p for one byte or 30p for 1Gb. If you don't use it you don't pay.

The secret is to not get a '3' specific 'broadband' sim. You pick up one of the normal 3 mobile phone sims and add the data add-on instead as it works out cheaper

'3' shops give out PAYG sims for free, if you hav'nt got a local store I've got quite a few here and can get one in the post to you sir

Their PAYG top up deal offers great value for money and I swap my sim between my htc smartphone and a 3 dongle/netbook to get broadband access on the move. If your netbook has a sim slot it will work no worries no dongle required.

Works out at £5 per month for 'fair use' broadband access (plus free texts/minutes etc)

Give me a u2u if you need a sim/more info

Cheers

G

Normal is getting dressed in clothes that you buy for work and driving through traffic in a
car that you are still paying for - in order to get to the job you need to pay for the clothes
and the car, and the house you leave vacant all day so you can afford to live in it.

Yes the dongles have SIMs no difference from a standard 3 PAYG SIMs just put credit on the SIM and convert to a data addon on line.
