AARRRRGGGHHHHH!!!! What a DONK!!!!

I have a works laptop, Dell E6500.

I have my very own laptop, Dell E6400.

They look identical (can you see where this is going yet?) but the E6500 is a little bit bigger than the E6400.

Well, guess which DONKEY brought in the wrong laptop into work?

At least you brought one in! You'd be amazed at the number of intelligent people at our place who manage to forget to bring their laptop in at all!

I thought you were going to say you'ld left it on your car roof. I saw a car driving out of a bodywork shop the other day with a steaming cup of tea on the roof They got about 100M up the road and turned left before going out of sight (with the mug still sat in place on the roof!!)...
I once ran after someone who had their blackberry sat on top of their roof. I caught up with them at traffic lights and took it off their roof and gave it to them (window was open as it was summer). The look on their face went bizarrely from anger to plain bemusement. I was out of breath so didn't have time to say "you silly f#cker, don't leave it on your roof" and they drove off looking very confused before I could speak!.

i can remember once pulling out of a junction and up to a set of traffic lights with some mad asthmatic chasing after me. I had to stop at the lights and they wheezingly thrust a blackberry into my hands. I thought i was going to have to call a doctor but the lights changed and i had to go. Never did get to thank them.

Typing this from my Inspiron 6400 in Hong Kong airport, it's a great machine. Fast enough for most things, reasonable keyboard, excellent battery life and it cost me £130 from eBay with a missing hard drive.

I've never been a fan of dell stuff - I always though its ordinary at best

I've still got my ASUS L2000D
its nearly 8 years old and was a cheap one back then so its only an Athlon 1.2GHz (not exactly fast even at the time)
but its never missed a beat in all that time

(btw dell mostly use asus bits in there best stuff - but asus keep there best bits for themself )
