Orange Home Max

Morning all,

Has anyone got or tried Orange Home Max Broadband and phone? Any opinions? Good/bad?

What other broadband providers would people recommend?

Cheers,
Chris

very good as long as you get your mac code from your old broadband company which can be a pain.

but yes there good. i use them as my backup internet at home. they do what they say on the tin and they replaced my blown router after 15 months free even though it was out of warranty.

cheers

Ditto - i have used them for the past 3 years and the internet has never once gone down (touch wood). I work from home and have servers located here, so its fairly heavy used.

No BT line Rental too, just a single bill from orange. Maybe not the cheapest in the world, but i could also recommend.

I have orange and the line drops out daily also had a letter recently stating I was over the fair usage policy at 6Gbyte per month which is pants.

I'm looking at moving provider as I can get a better download limit for the same cost elsewhere.

Not happy with them.

I have no experience of Orange but can recommend Virgin.

I have their XL 20mb package. I can stream videos from several PC at the same time, never drops connection and is very fast when off peak.

A whole fime in 5mins, thats quick!!

have you compared download speeds in your area ??
They may be a good provider but may be the slowest
