Excell pivot help needed
I'm doing my best and getting better at Excel, but whilst I've about got v-lookup sorted, pivots are my next challenge
Basically i need a glorified v-lookup that will list the data for all intances of a match rather than just the first.
I need a idiot proof explanation though.
Basically i have 2 worksheets, one with all the item data in it about 5000 long by 10 colums wide, the other with a list of say 20 item numbers.
I need to list ALL the locations and asssociated data for each of the 20 items
Anybody help?
If it explains any better, I could do it manually with an autofilter, copy and paste for each item 20 times, but its a bit clunky and slow

drop me a u2u and il send you my email if you want me to have a quick look. Sounds like you could do a pivot on one sheet then use unique identifiers
ie =cell & cell to create a vlookup.
