Netbook won't load Locostbuilders

As title says, all other sites are fine, Google functions normally, just won't load this site.
Matters not if I use Chrome or IE8 and it's not in a ny blocked lists.

Laptop and Ipod Touch are happy to access it, both via same router.

ETA... ebay acts odd too, log in get a page saying "input error" but go to
myebay and I am logged in.

ditto above download Trend Hijackthis and run it with administrator rights if it comes back with a whole load of alterations to the host file you got a hijack.

It could alternatively be a DNS problem try setting your DNS to the Google servers 8,8,8,8 and 8,8,4,4 see http://code.google.com/speed/public-dns/

Still not solved this one.

No signs that I can find of hijacks etc.

But if I hook up to a different wireless network or a proxy server it loads this site fine.

Checked router status and it's not blocked, all other devices using it don't have a problem.
Using BTs suggestion changing to Google DNS doesn't help.
Looks like a format and re-install

aha .... i had something similar with google ages ago. Its to do with (i think) your dns.

Try going to different web sites, if other web sites work (And are current - BBC a good one for this as you can check headlines / date stories updated) then clear out every cache and try using a free dns service.

Tried Googles DNS, no joy but the other devices are happy with the change.
