software to back-up x-box etc.
anyone recommend software to backup grandsons discs. they have an x-box and and keeping causing scratches.

impossible without modifications to the xbox that will invalidate the warrenty.
then the process is extremely technical.
Backups will get your console banned from xbox live too.

Install the disc to the xbox hard drive.
It should then only need the header of the DVD to allow the game to be played...

kids and discs do not go together very well in my house.
I now just give up trying to look after them (apart from mine) and to be honest, no disc has become unreadable.... yet
Dutch bears have terrible skin due to their clogged paws
