Word password protected file
I have a word password protected file. It was protected on Word XP.
Now i am using word 2007 and for some reason the password doesn't work.
Any free software recomendation?
I believe the password was 20 characters long

or get someone with word xp to remove the password. if the document isn't to sensitive.

elcomsoft is the best.
if your using a long password though. wouldnt bother.
i tried to help someone out a few months ago and i had 4 pc's running the test.
upto 8 letters/numbers and characters and found nothing.
they must have had a huge payment.

That is why it was password protected. Tooooo sensitive to me.
Oh welll
Need to re-instal word XP i guess.
Anyone else had such compatibility issues?

If you go on the Microsoft site I think you can download a compatibility pack?
