Resizing photos in Windows 7 Question

Is it possible to resize photographs in Windows 7 or does one have to download some additional software? If a download is necessary, can you recommend which one please.

I have done a search but it came up with nothing

Thank you

John

Pixresizer is really easy to use and also can do a batch of photos at the same time.

Right Click...Edit..

This should open the photo in Paint...then just click resize...
