yes it was a first time pass. will get some pics up tomorrow when i go back to collect car from aries motorsport.the only thing i got pulled on was a
bit of rubber edging required for the headlamp bracket and a cover for the exhaust bracket which the tester allowed us to fit.not as bad as i thought
it would be.hard bit is the dvla now

well done, don't take any crap from the dvla, it makes it harder for everyone if they're allowed to perpetuate their ignorance!

Well done.
As you have already noted, take care when driving until you are used to it. Be Extra careful when its damp, or the possibility of damp patches where
the road has not fully dried out. You dont want a winter project that soon!
Learning to drive these types of cars is fun, just take it easy, and be sensible. They can catch you out even when you think you have it all under
control!
Enjoy the driving and the big cheesy GRINS you will keep getting over and over again.
It never fails to make me grin, even 5 years on.
Have fun and enjoy.
PS... Accept the fuel bill as part of the downside, especially if you have a heavy right foot!
1. The point of a journey is not to arrive.
2. Never take life seriously. Nobody gets out alive anyway.
Best Regards
Geoff
