spent far too long trying to get this site to work, anyone managed to sort it? - keeps telling me the Adobe version isnt up tp date but its version 9.

Even says my browser is out of date, both Mozilla and IE. My IE is actually more up to date than the IE9 download from microsoft due to its
updates.
Thats one confused website.

Well in that case try one of the other shipping re-sellers.
I usually use Parcel2go and use the UPS couriers.
Here UPS actually arrive on the day booked unlike City Link or Yodel!

Have had two fake amounts debit to my credit card both attributed to the site Senditnow.com but with the name Knowlhill attached. Just warning others
to be on the lookout.
