Laptop Offers

Evening All,

I know i might not get many responses tonight being New Years Eve and all, but i thought i would ask anyway.

in the market for a new laptop, no major gaming, more browsing internet, office work and garage work, car diagnostics etc.

Anyone know of any decent offers going about at the moment?

All the best

Alex

I love Pinto's, even if i did get mine from P&O!

Have you looked on the hot UK deals website? There's usually some good deals on there.

I found a really top spec i3 HP laptop with 750g HDD this morning - almost bought one it was that good.
It was £450 but you get £100 cash back from HP - total £350

For the sort of work you want it for, don't pay more than £300 .

Plenty of perfectly adequate branded stuff out there for less than that. eg Toshiba

That looks remarkably similar to my Samsung that I managed to get sometime ago for £300 on a special offer, courtesy of the previously mentioned hot UK deals.

I did notice that you're after car diagnostics, does that mean you need a serial port? They're hugely difficult to come by nowadays.
