VPN + Outlook web access and network access
Appealing to the IT literate for help.
We have a remote worker connecting to our company VPN. Once connected they use an exchange URL to access Outlook in Internet Explorer, this works
fine. They then use a second tab in Internet Explorer to access our browser based SAGE system.
Problem is, each time they switch tabs between email and SAGE they are asked to logon again 9not to the VPN, but to email or SAGE). I don't
have this issue when working the same way myself from home, so I'm guessing it's a local issue they have with Internet Explorer?
Any ideas would be appreciated as I'm currently picking up half their workload!

The latest Java update totally buggered our remote access via IS & Touch.
Maybe a similar issue...?

use a different browser eg chrome or firefox for the second application?

Sorted!
Much faff later and it was down to a local security setting in Internet Explorer on the laptop.
