Why can't I print HTML messages from Outlook?
Today I ordered some E- gift vouchers from the Brands Hatch web site as a Christmas gift.
They are supplied via e-mail so I need to print off copies but for some reason I can't seem to print any HTML messages from Outlook 2003 or even
from the web.
The only reason I can think is that I recently had an automatic update from Microsoft which I didn't really read but just let it install when I
logged off a few days ago.
I'm still running Windows XP with Outlook 2003 for e-mail but Chrome as a browser.
Any suggestions,
John.

No idea of a proper solution, but can you do a 'print screen' then print the image?
Have you updated the printer drivers?

Simple work around is download Mozila Thunderbird, install it, it should import the account settings automatically and it will allow you to print out
HTML.
Thunderbird won't stop Outlook working so you can leave it installed or uninstall as you wish.
