Hotmail Problem
My nephew has an issue with his hotmail account. He's entered his password wrong too many time on his new computer.
All the retrieval techniques have failed so far, he entered his old mobile number when prompted and the option to send to an alternate number is
n't available. Also he failed the security questionnaire?!?!?!
Will it reset for him to have another shot or has he lost the account?
Any ideas chaps?

Not helpful as such, but if creating new, move to gmail.
